Experience and Perspective as a Prosecutor
I have practiced law for over seven years, and I am licensed as an attorney in the states of Florida and North Carolina. I pride myself on my legal knowledge and experience on both sides of the courtroom. Prior to setting up my private practice, I was an Assistant State Attorney for the State of Florida. In this role, I gained a unique perspective on how the prosecution builds and tries cases. That experience benefits my clients.

Clients often come to me when they are at their worst emotionally. Their spouse may have served them with divorce papers or they may be embroiled in a child custody battle in Duval County Family Court. Alternatively, a loved one may have died without an estate plan, and the family may be fighting over money and other assets. While I will listen to your emotional issues with great compassion, I will also focus our efforts on sound decision-making by setting that emotional element aside, albeit temporarily.
